Mar Orleans Charles orders Joan to be questioned by theologians at Chinon & Poitiers , the clergy give her their approval & advise Charles to grant her request of an army to raise the siege of Orleans

5th April Tours Joan of Arc is given a banner & armour at Tours , then arrives at Blois , where the army is gathering to raise the siege of Orleans
25th April Orleans Joan of Arc leaves for Orleans with an army & a large quantity of food supplies for the hungry city
7th May Orleans Carrying her banner during an assault on the earthwork in front of Les Tourelles, Joan is shot by an arrow but later returns to inspire the troops to victory
8th May Orleans The English order all their remaining troops out of their positions, & abandon the siege

27th April Orleans Joan of Arc's forces arrive at Orleans , she leads a relief army of 4,000 men
29th April River Loire Joan ,with some troops, crosses the Loire in boats & enters Orleans with food supplies, the rest of the troops are forced by a lack of boats to return to Blois & cross the river there
4th May Orleans Lord Dunois launches an assault against the English-held fortifications around the church of St-Loup, carrying her banner, Joan inspires the French army
6th May Orleans French troops attack the southern fortresses, St-Jean-le-Blanc is gained without a fight, followed by a successful assault against the English in Les Augustins
7th May Orleans Carrying her banner during an assault on the earthwork in front of Les Tourelles, Joan is shot by an arrow but later returns to inspire the troops to victory
